Forge is run by Sidebot LLC (“we”). These terms cover your use of the Forge website and apps (together, “Forge”). By using Forge you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Fitness information, not medical advice
Forge shares general fitness information. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you start an exercise or nutrition program, choose weights you can control, and stop if something hurts. Targets and suggestions in Forge are estimates from what you log. You decide what you lift and you take responsibility for it.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. You must be at least 13. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who has it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time from Account in the app. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
What Forge includes
Forge is free. Logging workouts, your own exercises, history, personal records and charts are included, and so are adaptive plans: your next workout with weight and rep targets, progression and exercise swaps. If something looks wrong on your account, email forge@chadai.app.
Your data
Your workout data is yours. You give us permission to store it and process it so Forge can work for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export it at any time.
Using Forge fairly
Do not break the law, try to get into other people’s accounts, overload or probe our systems, or copy or resell Forge’s content. We may suspend an account that does.
The character
Forge is a fictional illustrated character, not a real person. The stages shown are illustrative and results vary. They do not predict how your body will change.
Warranty and liability
Forge is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury from exercise, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters. Using Forge after a change means you accept it.
